Chef Stuart Webster of Rock Salt @ Noosa greets us first with his delicious porcine offering. Wasabi Restaurant and Bar beckons next where chef Hajime Horiguchi presents his succulent Japanese pork dish. Then on to Wood Fire Grill where chef Luke Czajkowskyj presents the third mouth-watering course.
