We learn the deeper value of kindness, honesty, generosity and right speech. Suitable for people of all ages, faiths, and cultural backgrounds; using everyday language for people from any or no spiritual tradition.
Venerable Tsultrim has been a student of Chenrezig Institute for 13 years. She is a counsellor with a Master of International Studies in Peace and Conflict Resolution.
She works with people at risk of suicide, their family and friends. Tsultrim uses mindfulness techniques and other Buddhist principles to help people make changes to develop peace and contentment in their hearts.
