$3.25 million committed for Maroochydore Junior Rugby League Club

Queensland Leader One Nation and Member for Buderim Steve Dickson MP has committed to $3.25 million for the Maroochydore Junior Rugby League Club on Wises Road, Buderim should One Nation win government or hold the balance of power after the state election.  The funding will:

·         provide drainage and levelling of playing fields

·         refurbishment of the existing dressing rooms

·         extension of dressing rooms

·         extension of the grandstand

·         extra car parking

Maroochydore Junior Rugby League Club President welcomed the funding stating, “Steve’s relationship with the club goes back some 17 years.  He has always supported the club, both financially and with a personal interest.

MJRLC is a community-based club with ten sporting and community groups, including primary secondary state schools and independent schools utilising the facilities.  This funding commitment will be appreciated by many.”
