Aussie World is getting behind Make-A-Wish® Australia to create an unbelievable night of fun for families and kids.
On Saturday, 11 August, Aussie World will play host to Carnivale Chaos, offering Sunshine Coast families and visitors special entry prices to explore all the park has to offer, with 100 per cent of proceeds going to Make-A-Wish to grant life-changing wishes for kids fighting critical illness.
Zahlia, 5, fighting Aicardi Syndrome who wished for an adventure playground will be delighting in the carnival atmosphere along with all the other families and kids attending.
Zahlia’s mother, Sally White said that Zahlia is very excited to have her wish granted later this year.
“At a really difficult time, Make-A-Wish came to our rescue and will grant Zahlia her dream of an adventure playground in her own backyard, which is something she’s never had.
“Zahlia will just love being outdoors in nature swinging on her very own swings and slipping down her new slippery slide, we can’t thank Make-A-Wish enough,” said Sally.
Everyone is encouraged to join Zahlia, her family and the Make-A-Wish Sunshine Coast Branch at Aussie World on 11 August from 6pm for an evening of excitement and rides for a purpose.
As part of the action, local Brazilian dance and drumming troupe, Sambazzy Spirit will be providing entertainment and all the Aussie World favorites including mascots Jake and Tilly will be there to join the party.
Make-A-Wish receives no ongoing government funding and relies on the generosity of partners like Aussie World to make wishes like Zahila’s come true.
Carnivale Chaos at Aussie World will offer discounted general admission pricing starting at $25 with bigger discounts for families. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated directly to Make-A-Wish.
General admission passes start at $25 online, gates open at 6:00pm and rides at 6:30pm.
