BUSINESS AS USUAL AT RED ROOSTER - Surprises included!

Published:

As you may already know, last week one of our franchisees on the Sunshine Coast in QLD went into administration.  As a result, a number of restaurants in the Sunshine Coast area closed temporarily.

That’s when the headlines went nuts… Red Rooster was going out of business, hundreds jobless, no more famous Rooster chips! Some people just love to speculate…(and exaggerate)

But guess what? WE AREN’T GOING ANYWHERE! The stores have reopened, everyone still has their jobs AND we still serve the BEST CHIPS IN AUSTRALIA.

So to celebrate this great Aussie icon that is Red Rooster and the fact that our Sunshine Coast restaurants are back in business, we have some surprises for you!

  • From tomorrow (23/10/19) for SIX WEEKS you can get our famous chips (large) for just $2*
  • On top of this, if you are a Red Royalty member (or you become one) you can get FREE REGULAR CHIPS from 2-5pm every Saturday for the next 3 weeks.

*AVAILABLE ONLY AT RED ROOSTER IN DECEPTION BAY, BURPENGARY, NOOSAVILLE, NOOSA CIVIC, BUDERIM & CURRIMUNDI.

Head into any of these restaurants, say hi and you might even score some cool Red Rooster merch!

The moral of the story is that after almost 50 years serving Australia’s favourite chicken and chips, with a network of almost 400 restaurants and over 9000 employees across Australia we aren’t going anywhere.  This chook intends on being here for at least another 50 years!

We want people to get out into those Sunshine Coast stores affected and enjoy our delicious chips, chicken and burgers. Proof that we are back in business  and here to stay!
