Construction commences on exclusive beachside Bokarina Beach Homes

Construction has commenced on Stockland’s Paddle Lane Beach Homes, a boutique development of six beachfront homes in Bokarina Beach.

With just three left for sale, the exclusive five-bedroom beach homes are the last chance for buyers to scoop up a beachfront home in the Stockland masterplanned community.

Adrian Allen, Regional Manager at Stockland, said it was only a matter of time before these exquisite homes were off the market.

“This is a unique opportunity for buyers wanting to make the most of a picturesque location while having access to the amazing features of the brand new Bokarina Beach masterplanned community,“ Mr Allen said.

“Bokarina Beach is the last developable land in this region with dune and beach frontage, so secluded and yet so close to major employment hubs of Birtinya Town Centre and Sunshine Coast University Hospital, as well as the parks and future café strip within Bokarina Beach itself. There truly is nothing else left like this on the Sunshine Coast.”

These expansive five bedroom homes, starting from $1,250,000, were designed by prestigious local architects, Hollindale Mainwaring Architecture, and are being built by McNab Construction.

John Mainwaring of Hollindale Mainwaring Architecture, renowned for his extensive works and unique coastal style, said the collection had been exclusively designed for the particularities of the Sunshine Coast’s subtropical climate.

“Paddle Lane Beach Homes have been designed to take advantage of the natural surroundings, embracing filtered light and coastal breezes,” Mr Mainwaring said.

“With cool natural colours to complement the coastal lifestyle, each home makes clever use of space with open-plan living, private terraces, elevated balconies and seamless indoor and alfresco living to entertain friends and relish life. The three-story homes complete with a lift servicing the main living on the third level is particularly unique and offers fantastic privacy and a beautiful vantage point overlooking the beachfront dunes.”

This release comes off the back of the first residents recently moving into their Bathers Lane Beach Homes, where a limited number of opportunities remain with four-bedroom homes starting from $785,000.

Mr Allen encouraged anyone interested to get in contact quickly or visit the display home at 20 Bokarina Boulevard.

“We have been so pleased with the response to date and expect them to sell out quickly,” Mr Allen said.

Stockland’s Bokarina Beach community occupies one of the last beachfront parcels available on Australia’s east coast. Located just 81 kilometres from Brisbane, the growing community between the coastal hubs Caloundra and Mooloolaba, is a stone's throw from retail, health and commercial hubs, including the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
