Crime alert and vehicle security, Warana, Bokarina and Wurtulla

Police are urging the residents of Bokarina, Wurtulla and Warana to ensure they are being security conscious, especially with their vehicles.

There have been a number of unlawful vehicle entries recorded over the weekend from November 22 to November 25.

Offenders are allegedly entering vehicles that have been left unlocked.

A lot of reported offences have involved valuables left inside vehicles and within eye sight of an opportunistic offenders.

Police are reminding and educating community members to lock your vehicles, secure your valuables and deter opportunistic offenders from taking your hard-earned and valued possessions.

The streets that were affected over the weekend include:

  • Warattah Court, Wurtulla
  • Bareki Street, Wurtulla
  • Swallow Street, Wurtulla
  • Coongarra Esplanade, Wurtulla
  • Honeysuckle Drive, Bokarina
  • Coolahra Street, Warana
  • Bareena Place, Warana
  • Mulgani Street, Warana
