Get your tickets now for the Under the Southern Stars summer festival at council's Sunshine Coast Stadium on Sunday, January 20, 2019.

Music fans of all ages will enjoy headline acts Hoodoo Gurus, You Am I and Sheppard, plus the cream of the Aussie rock industry - The Superjesus, British India, The Getaway Plan and Scott Darlow.

Under the Southern Stars and One World Entertainment director Andrew McManus said the two Queensland shows in January would be all-ages events and the family and junior ticket prices were in keeping with creating a family-friendly festival event.
"We know there are a myriad of younger fans of Sheppard that would love to attend Under the Southern Stars and see their favourite band play on the Sunshine Coast," he said.

"We are thrilled we can welcome some of these younger fans to the Queensland shows so they can be a part of our summer festival series, which is heading to the Sunshine Coast for the very first time.

"We have a solid line-up of Australian rock royalty and this year's Under the Southern Stars festival series will be the summer festival event to kick-start 2019."
