Time is running out to submit your photos for the 2020 Heritage Calendar photo competition which closes at 5pm on Monday, August 12.

The 2020 calendar, Fond Memories, will celebrate people, places and childhood fun on the Sunshine Coast.

Community members are invited to dig through their photo albums and send in their favourite photos of the people, places and childhood memories that connect their family history to the Sunshine Coast.

Winners selected for inclusion in the calendar will have their photo credited in the calendar, receive a canvas print of their winning entry, five copies of the 2020 calendar to share with family and friends and an invitation to the calendar launch event.

The Heritage Levy funded calendar is produced annually to celebrate and remember the region’s heritage.

To enter, images can be submitted online via council’s heritage website or in person through Sunshine Coast Libraries or council’s Customer Contact Centres. Photographs must be owned by the entrant and be available in high resolution digital format, or originals available for scanning.

Visit heritage.sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au for details on how to enter and terms and conditions.
