Published:

Council is on the search for a not-for-profit community group to take on a Trustee Lease for the NTS Sheean Building for up to ten years at the Noosa District Sports Complex.

The call for an Expression of Interest is now open and not for profit community groups are encouraged to make a submission via the tender page on Council’s website.

EOI submissions must be for community use that align with the state’s gazetted reserve purpose (State Land Reserve for Recreation) and must not be commercial in nature.

Registered community groups must detail how the building space will be activated and outline the proposed community benefits.

All submissions must be lodged electronically via noosa.qld.gov.au/tenders.
