We welcome the Read family to Village Green.

Peet Limited are excited to announce the keys to the first home completed on the Sunshine Coast’s newest development, Village Green Palmview, have been handed over to homeowners Courtney and Blaine Reed.

Commenting on this milestone, Brendan Gore, CEO and Managing Director, Peet Limited, said  “locally, demand for Village Green has been strong with around 85 percent of sales to date originating from buyers already living in the region and nearly 100 percent of lots sold despite the challenges of COVID-19. Buyer interest in Village Green has seen an increase during COVID-19 as people look for a lifestyle that is affordable and gives them a community, they can be part of while staying true to the appeal of the Sunshine Coast.

The community will continue to grow over the next few months, as more homes are being completed and families start calling Village Green home.

We welcome the Read family to Village Green where they will enjoy the lush expanse of parklands and the convenience of local shopping, dining, entertainment, healthcare and education facilities.”

Village Green features 1.5 hectares of recreational green space built beside 20 hectares of natural habitat as well as nearby shopping, dining, entertainment, education and healthcare facilities.
