Flood class action

Published:

“The court’s decision today shows Labor failed to properly manage dams in the lead up to the 2011 floods.

“Labor’s mismanagement put lives at risk and destroyed property.

“Annastacia Palaszczuk should apologise on behalf of the Bligh Government and ensure this mismanagement never happens again.

“Taxpayers will now be slugged millions because of Labor’s incompetence.

“This is further proof that Queensland can’t afford Labor.”
