Pelican Waters is pleased to announce the appointment of experienced property administration professional Jade Eugene to the position of covenants administrator.

Originally from Sydney and growing up in the Queensland coastal community of Yeppoon, Jade has been based on the Sunshine Coast for the past 10 years specialising in the property and construction sectors.

Prior to joining Pelican Waters, Jade worked as an administrations manager for a global real estate services firm based in Brisbane. Other positions have included centre management at the Sunshine Plaza and recruiting and mobilising for a local construction company.

Jade has also completed two years of a carpentry apprenticeship.

Offering a passionate and dedicated approach, excellent communication skills and a commitment to going the extra mile, Jade will be responsible for liaising with Pelican Waters clients over contracts and ensuring the developer’s high standards are maintained.

“As I’ve worked in retail property management most recently and have an interest in residential construction, the role at Pelican Waters is an ideal fit for me,’’ she said.

“It’s such a beautiful location with an interesting history.  I feel so lucky to be able to work here with such a lovely team.  I am really looking forward being a part of the Pelican Waters family.”

Outside of work, Jade enjoys training at the gym and competing in body sculpting competitions. She also loves socialising with friends, cooking and playing on the beach with her black Labrador, Indy.
