Being in the transport industry you get to see and do a lot of things normal people never get to see , some of those things like removing and transporting mining equipment from mine sites , over the years I have worked on various mine sites and seen the Devastation caused bu the mining industry , the death ad destruction , the thousands of animals that die agonising deaths from drinking the contaminated water  . The amount of  heavy metals that wash into creeks and streams that leave natural arsenic , copper nitrates , and many other chemicals that are contaminating our lands. , yes we need a mining industry to mine some base metals , and we need coal to fire our power stations but we don't need to rape our lands and sell our resources for a pittance leaving nothing for future generations .
