Police are appealing for urgent public assistance to help locate a 78-year-old woman missing from Meridan Plains since this morning.

Anne-Marie Kearney (pictured below) was last seen at a Lacebark Street address in Meridan Plains this morning at around 8.30am.

Between 8.30am and 4pm, Anne-Marie has left the address on foot in an unknown direction and has not been seen or heard from since.

She is described as Caucasian, 150cm tall, slim build with grey hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a white 'snoopy' t-shirt, red sandals, cream shorts and a black handbag.
