More proof Labor's tax is a waste of money

"The Palaszczuk Labor Government's waste tax will raise $1.3 billion over the next four years.

"Today we have been told that only $100 million of this will be used for waste industry development programs.

"The rest will go to running the scheme and lining the government's pockets.

"That means less than 10 per cent of revenue raised will go towards creating new opportunities for industry.

"This truly is government waste at its worst."
