New hotline to report dodgy online training providers

Published:

The Queensland government has launched a new service to support people targeted by dodgy training providers.

The Australian Unemployed Workers' Union welcomes today's announcement that Queensland will not tolerate training scams designed to rip off job seekers.

It's nice to see a government that actually wants to protect vulnerable people who are desperate for a job.

If you are worried about a training program you're enrolled in or think you've been targeted by a sham training provider please call 1800 773 048 to lodge a report.
