The Hinterland Harvest Market is coming together with the Chemical Free Farmers Association. We intend to work together to transition the market to be Chemical Free in the future.
With a firm focus on nurturing community connections, promoting healthy living, supporting farmers and small local businesses, the Hinterland Harvest Market is delighted to announce the Winter/Spring Workshop and Conversation Calendar.
From Saturday 6th May, the Hinterland Harvest Market will trade from 7:00am to 12:00pm every Saturday in the carpark at the Suncoast College, Woombye. These new operating times have changed to suit the season.
The Winter Spring Calendar of Events, will feature talks and workshops by people from our own communities; local people who have passion and skills across a host of crafts, repairs and ‘life hacks’.
Food and cooking demonstrations from our vendors and local chefs will show us the best way to use the fresh local produce sold every week at the market.
The Chemical Free Farmers Association are launching their Organic, Chemical Free, Bacon and Egg Breakfast stall on the 6th May, as well as providing information on chemical free foods.
The Calendar of Events is proudly supported by Jenny McKay, Division 5 Sunshine Coast.
