Following their huge success in 2016 and 2017, Queensland Ballet will return to council’s Lake Kawana Community Centre from Monday, July 2 to Thursday, July 5 with another exciting school holiday dance camp for children and young people.

With a junior program for students aged five to nine years of age and a senior program for students aged 10 to 17, this year’s Queensland Ballet dance camp will be Oceania themed and include three main dance techniques including ballet, jazz and contemporary.

The camp will conclude with a casual but intimate celebratory event, giving students the opportunity to share their new skills on the stage with family and friends watching.

A ticket for the four-day dance camp is just $200 per person from 8.30am-3pm daily and includes a Queensland Ballet dance camp T-shirt. Bookings are required as spaces are limited.

For more information and to book your place, please call Lake Kawana Community Centre on 5413 1400 or visit www.scvenuesandevents.com.au.

The Lake Kawana Community Centre is located at 114 Sportsmans Parade, Bokarina. Parking is conveniently available at the venue.

Review
“My daughter loved the camp so much last year and couldn’t wait to go back every morning.”
