Coolum Police are seeking public assistance following several instances of wilful damage at shops in the Coolum and Peregian areas recently.
Alleged offenders have damaged walls, signs, posts, mirrors, lift doors and windows with graffiti tags.
At present, business owners are bearing the cost and time of removal and repair. Restitution costs can only be claimed back if an offender is caught, charged and convicted.

Coolum Police are particularly interested in speaking to community members who may have information about anyone seen using the tag “Jester” or “Jest”.
