Queensland wages docked by anti-job Palaszczuk

Newly released ABS statistics have revealed Queensland private sector workers have had the second lowest increase in their annual wages out of all states in the country.
LNP Deputy Leader and Shadow Treasurer Tim Mander slammed Labor's job-destroying agenda that is stopping workers from getting pay rises while continuing to increase cost of living expenses.
"For Queensland private sector workers to have the second lowest annual increase in their wages out of all the states in Australia is unacceptable," Mr Mander said.
"Instead of creating more jobs to boost wage growth Annastacia Palaszczuk disgracefully continues to hike government taxes, charges and fees further hitting hardworking Queensland families.
"Under Labor there's no relief for Queenslanders who are just trying to get ahead.
"Essential fees like rego continue to be hiked well beyond inflation and private sector wage growth slamming families who are already struggling with high cost of living expenses.
"Annastacia Palaszczuk is treating Queenslanders like cash cows with tax rises year after year as their wages stagnate.

"Queenslanders are being squeezed by low wage growth while paying more for basic expenses like electricity, fuel and child care.

"It's no wonder why Queensland is suffering under the highest unemployment rate in mainland Australia."
