“Big” Bill Gissane, Labor candidate for Ninderry, will be holding a special campaign event on Thursday, 23rd November at 11:00am in Tickle Park, Coolum Beach (just north of Coolum Surf Club)

In a break from tradition, Big Bill has asked senior members of Sunshine Coast Labor (including life members) to present his campaign t-shirts to a selection of his campaign volunteers

“I have always admired the way senior players have handed out the footy jumpers to the players before the state of origin or eminent cricketers hand over caps to Sheffield Shield and Aussie cricketers. I thought we might emulate this ceremony and give our hard-working volunteers their election day T shirts in a presentation from long standing members of the Party”, Bill said.

“Our campaign slogan is ‘New Seat-Fresh Start’ and we want to start a new tradition” he added.
