Secure a slice of Sunshine Coast heaven with stylish new townhomes at Baringa – last park-facing in the suburb

Discerning buyers wanting to enjoy the best of the Sunshine Coast’s greenery have a chance to purchase in Stockland’s popular Aura suburb of Baringa as the property developer releases the last park-facing townhomes in the suburb.

Starting from $429,000, the three and four-bedroom homes meet the criteria for HomeBuilder's $25,000 and the First Home Buyer's $15,000 grants, and come in a range of spacious floorplans with two and a half bathrooms, two outdoor areas, and single or double covered car parking.

Stockland’s 2020 property survey showed more than 60 per cent of Australians would happily forgo a traditional large backyard for a smaller home with less outdoor space if it meant they were close to community parks and green spaces.

Matt Patullo, Senior Development Manager at Stockland said the townhomes set a new benchmark in design quality, livability and connectivity.

“We’ve been delighted with the positive feedback about the quality of the homes, and how open and light-filled they feel,” Mr Patullo said.

“All of Baringa’s townhomes have proven really popular, with 60 per cent of the development already sold. The last of the park-fronting townhomes particularly have seen a high volume of enquiries with only five of the homes that are eligible for the HomeBuilder Scheme still available.”

The award-winning Baringa community – the first suburb of Aura – has been designed with convenience in mind and the townhomes are ideally located to take advantage of this.

Playgrounds, green spaces and community centres are located close by and easily accessible by the connected walking and bike paths throughout the suburb.

Meanwhile, parents and children are well catered for with Baringa State Primary School, Goodstart Early Learning and Baringa State Secondary College (opening 2021) a short stroll away.

On completion, Aura is planned to include two business parks, 10 sporting grounds, 25 community facilities, 20 educational facilities, and 700 hectares of conservation areas and parkland.

The Baringa Townhome display has also just opened at 24 Hudson Lane, Baringa (open from Wednesday 4-5pm, Saturday 10-11am and Sunday 2-3pm). Customers can contact Corey Passey on 0438 205 439 to organise a viewing.
